Your package has arrived! Check your mailbox, porch, or front desk.
Tracking Help
Label Created?
If your status says "Label Created" for more than 24 hours, don't worry. This usually means the package is sitting in our daily outgoing bin waiting for the carrier's scheduled pickup.
Package Stalled?
Carriers occasionally miss a scan at sorting facilities. If your package hasn't moved in 4 business days, reach out to us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Marked Delivered but Not Here?
Wait 24 hours. Carriers sometimes mark as "Delivered" when the truck reaches your neighborhood, only to drop it off the next morning.
Can't find your tracking number?
It was sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder if you don't see it!
