1. Production & Fulfillment
Because every sign is printed specifically for you in our Florida workshop, we follow a strict fulfillment timeline to ensure absolute quality:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days. This includes printing, high-gloss UV curing, and manual inspection.
- Holiday Peak: During November and December, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
- Address Changes: Can only be made within 12 hours of purchase.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We partner with USPS, UPS, and DHL to provide reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

We've engineered our packaging specifically for aluminum. Our "Armor-Pack" system ensures your signs arrive flat and flawless.
Rigid Shielding
Double-walled corrugated cardboard that resists impact and pressure.
Anti-Scratch
Acid-free paper barriers between multiple signs to prevent friction.
Eco-Conscious
100% plastic-free fulfillment using recyclable paper and cardboard.
4. Delivery Policies
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Tin Prints is no longer responsible for it. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If a package is stalled in transit for more than 7 business days, we will open a claim and reship your order at no cost.
International (Canada) Customs
Customers in Canada are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees. We have no control over these government-mandated charges.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
