Before You Email...

To help us serve you faster, please check the following:

  • Order Status: Most tracking numbers take 24-48 hours to activate after the label is created.
  • Include Order #: Please put your 4-digit order number in the email subject line.
  • Damage Claims: If your sign arrived bent, please attach photos of the sign AND the box.
  • Response Time: We typically respond within 1 business day (M-F, 9am - 5pm EST).
