At Tin Prints, we take pride in our "Family-First" service policy. If something isn't perfect with your metal sign, we're here to solve it quickly and fairly.
Standard Return Policy
Changed your mind? No problem. For all non-personalized and non-bulk signs, we offer a straightforward return process.
14-Day Window
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with the protective film intact.
The Process
Email us with your order number. Once approved, you can ship the item back to our Florida warehouse for a full product refund.
Refund Details
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A Note on Personalized Items: Because custom signs (names, photos, specific dates) cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns for these unless there is a physical defect or printing error.
Extended Holiday Window
Every year from November 1st to December 24th, we extend our return window. Gifts purchased during this time can be returned or exchanged until January 15th, giving you and your loved ones plenty of time to ensure it's the right fit.
