2. User-Generated Content (Custom Signs)

When you upload photos or text for custom aluminum signs, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission from the owner.
• The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• The content is not illegal, obscene, or hateful.

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders for any content we deem inappropriate or in violation of copyright law.

3. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our high-gloss signs accurately. However, because computer monitors and phone screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tin Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the products or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits or use, even if Tin Prints has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and text on this website (excluding user-uploaded content) are the property of Tin Prints and are protected by US and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
