Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tin Prints website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services provided by our family workshop.
User-Generated Content
When you upload photos or text for custom aluminum signs, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the rights to the content or have legal permission from the owner.
- The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- The content is not illegal, obscene, or hateful.
We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders for any content we deem inappropriate for our printing facility.
Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our high-gloss signs accurately. However, because computer monitors and phone screens vary in calibration, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be 100% identical to the physical gloss finish.
Limitation of Liability
Tin Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the products or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods beyond the purchase price of the original item.
Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and text on this website (excluding user-uploaded content) are the exclusive property of Tin Prints and are protected by US and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction of our digital assets is strictly prohibited.
