At Tin Prints, we take pride in our "Family-First" service policy. If something isn't perfect with your metal sign, we're here to solve it.
14-Day Window
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.
The Process
Email us with your order number. Once approved, ship the item back to our Florida workshop.
Refund Details
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Note on Personalized Items Custom signs (specific names, photos, or dates) cannot be resold, therefore we cannot accept returns for these unless there is a physical manufacturing defect.
Photo Verification
Snap a quick photo of the damaged sign AND the exterior box.
No-Cost Replacement
We will skip the line and print a brand-new replacement for you immediately.
Error Correction
If we made a typo that differs from your order form, we will fix it and reship it at 100% our expense.
The Tin Prints Promise We don't want you to be "partially satisfied." If your sign is damaged, we won't ask you to jump through hoops—we'll just fix it.
Every year from November 1st to December 24th, we extend our return window. Gifts purchased during this time can be returned or exchanged until January 15th.
