The Basics

Tin Prints signs are made from premium, industrial-grade aluminum with a .032" thickness. This makes them sturdy, lightweight, and completely rust-proof.
Absolutely. Our signs feature a proprietary UV PLUS! high-gloss coating specifically designed for extended outdoor protection.
Every Tin Prints sign is designed, printed, and shipped directly from our family-run workshop in Florida, USA.
Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Our UV PLUS! coating is non-porous and resists dirt, so harsh chemicals are rarely needed. Avoid abrasive pads which can scratch the high-gloss finish.
No. All our aluminum signs feature rounded safety corners to prevent scratches and ensure safe handling during installation.
Our standard sizes range from 8"x12" to 12"x18". We choose these dimensions to ensure the highest detail retention and structural integrity of the aluminum.

Installation

Hardware is not included, but every sign comes with two pre-drilled holes. You can use screws, nails, zip ties, or mounting tape.
Yes. For masonry surfaces, we recommend using concrete screws (Tapcons) or outdoor construction adhesive.
Command strips or heavy-duty outdoor mounting tape work exceptionally well since our signs are lightweight aluminum.
Yes! The non-porous UV PLUS! coating is heat resistant and easy to wipe clean, making them perfect for decorative kitchen accents.
Our largest signs (12"x18") weigh less than 10oz. They are designed to be substantial yet easy to mount on any surface.
Yes. The holes are approximately 1/8" (3mm) in diameter, compatible with most standard finishing nails and wood screws.

Custom Orders

Yes! Visit our Custom Signs page to upload your high-resolution image. We recommend at least 300 DPI for the best results on metal.
Absolutely. We handle large orders for restaurants, retailers, and corporate offices. Contact our Wholesale department for a quote.
We prefer JPG, PNG, or PDF files. For logos and text-based designs, vector PDFs provide the sharpest printing quality on aluminum.
For single custom orders, we print exactly as uploaded. For bulk or business solution orders, our team will provide a digital mockup for approval.
While our builder is self-service, our design team can assist with logo placement or color matching for business and wholesale inquiries.
Because we move quickly into the printing and curing process, changes can typically only be made within 2 hours of order placement.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are printed and cured within 2-3 business days. standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to other regions soon.
Not at this time, but will be available on May 1,2026.
Tracking information is emailed automatically the moment your sign is packaged and leaves our Florida workshop.
Address changes can be made if requested before the order ships. Contact support immediately if you notice an error in your shipping info.
Yes. We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. For larger wholesale orders, a physical street address may be required for UPS delivery.

Returns & Support

We stand by our "Family-First" service. If your sign arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a replacement free of charge. Keep that in mind,we will need photos
Because custom signs are uniquely made for you, they are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
To start a return for a non-custom item, visit our Return Policy page for instructions and a return shipping label.
Yes. We allow exchanges for stock items within 14 days. You only cover the shipping costs to send the original item back to our workshop.
Once we receive your returned item at our workshop, refunds are processed within 2 business days back to your original payment method.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors first, then contacting our support for assistance.
